The staff are kind! they helped me with my luggage. My room offered a calm atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the well-organized activities.
My air conditioner did not work for some time. The hotel location requires a long walk to the subway. I found there was no bar open late in the evening. It closed quite early.

My stay featured a fantastic Suite! The suite included a separate living area and kitchenette facilities. I also enjoyed the availability of an on-site restaurant, that provided room service at any time.
One of the elevators had a slightly slow response time. Though this was a minor inconvenience.

The Premium Room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast offered a sufficient selection of various foods. The lobby had parked old cars. It made for an interesting view.
There was a little noise because of the nearby highway.

broken shower urine stain
The staff were friendly and helpful .
My first room had multiple issues. The shower was broken. Faucets leaked, and light switches did not work. There was also a urine stain on the toilet. It remained even after two cleaning attempts.

Really good Stay
organized facilities professional service excellent leadership warm hospitality
I appreciated the well-organized facilities. The front office team provided warm, professional service. Mr Mahmut's leadership ensured every guest felt valued! Burak, İlayda, Azra, and Yunus Emre offered warm hospitality. Belboy deniz and abdulkadir deserve credit as well.
The gym could use a little more maintenance though. Some equipment showed wear.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Everything was well maintained. It was very comfortable for resting after activities. I also appreciated the modern design of the room.

The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. Yilmaz in the restaurant catered to my dietary requirements. The front office team was cute! I was happy with the overall service.
